At Action Yachts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we’re here to help.

 

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories and labels intact
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

Please note: Returns must first be approved. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send the item

 

Return Address

(Return address will be provided upon approval. Do not send any item before receiving confirmation.)

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Opened or used electronic products, such as batteries and power systems
  • Products showing signs of water damage, wear, or modification
  • Items sold as final sale or discounted stock

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of items with broken protective seals or used in water.

Please contact us before returning any item if you are unsure about eligibility.

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product, we recommend:

  1. Initiating a return of the original item
  2. Placing a new order for the desired product 

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

Items must still meet the return conditions stated above.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
