Instructions Before Use
Before using the product, check that waterproof components (e.g., connectors, batteries, mast head) are not damaged and that the battery is charged. Ensure that the power system is correctly connected, the battery is securely mounted, and all screws are tightened. Also, confirm that the propeller and protective shield are intact, and that any sand or debris has been cleaned. Ensure all product modules are undamaged and fully functional.
Users must familiarize themselves with local regulations and rules of the area where the electric hydrofoil is used:
- Ensure the area islegally approved for eFoil use.
- Minimum water depth must be5 meters.
- Area must befree of obstacles above and below the surface.
- There must beno swimmers or divers nearby.
- Avoid areas with other water sports activities.
Usage Steps
- Transport: Move the board to a location with appropriate water depth. Keep theremote control switched offduring transport.
- Power On: Press both left and right buttons on the remote simultaneously. After 2 seconds, the battery level will appear.
- Mounting the Board: Grab the handles, mount the board from the rear, lie down flat and balance your body.
- Unlock and Start: Press and hold the right button to unlock, then slowly pull the trigger. The board begins to move. If the front rises, shift your weight forward until the board is level.
- Low-Speed Practice: Stay prone, uselow-speed gears (1–8), and steer by shifting body weight.
- Kneeling and Standing: Gradually increase speed, kneel, then quickly stand. Keep knees slightly bent and maintain balance by adjusting foot position.
- Flying on Water: Increase gear until lift is generated. Slightly tilt the nose up, then adjust body position to maintain horizontal flight. Control flight height and direction through body weight shifts.
Riding Notes
- Always wear alife jacket and helmet.
- If falling, try to landaway from the board, preferably behind or to the side.
- Immediatelyrelease the trigger to stop propulsion.
- Keep theboard nose above water to ensure signal connectivity.
- Never pull the trigger aggressively.
- Do not touch the trigger when returning to the board.
- Control speed using gear shift (keep trigger fully pressed).
- Avoid sharp turns at high speed.
- If takeoff is too fast, shift your feet forward.
- Flying is advanced and should be attempted only after mastering balance at low speeds.
Power System Warnings
- Do not remove the propeller guard.
- Never touch the propeller in water.
- Ensure the power system is clean and undamaged before use.
- Keep body, fingers, and toes away from the propeller while powered.
- Avoid contact with mast or foil during operation.
